The Neighbourhood

Villa Tsampika sits on a hillside with spectacular panoramic views

including the famous beach and

monastery and the wide expanse of the South Aegean Sea.

It is one of three exclusive villas

and is set in extensive grounds

well away from its neighbours.

The villa is reached by a private

road which winds through olive

groves on the hillside, where

there are spectacular walking opportunities.  The neighbours whom you will see most frequently are the

wild mountain goats.

There are a number of excellent traditional restaurants nearby and the Panorama Taverna is just a short stroll down the hill.  Also very close are the coastal villages of Haraki and Stegna, ideal places to visit on warm summer evenings.  Haraki is famous for its ruined castle, which overlooks the village, and is a magical place to spend warm summer evenings.  Stegna is also extremely picturesque, and is famous for its seafood.
