Villa Tsampika is a well appointed and impressive property, tastefully furnished and styled in modern design. The ground floor comprises a spacious open plan living and dining area and a double bedroom with bathroom. There is a large screen TV system with all major UK and European channels, including Sky Sports and Movies, Blu-Ray / DVD and X-Box. Mobile phone and unlimited wireless internet are available for guest use.
The spiral marble staircase leads to the second floor where there is a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two twin bedrooms served by a family bathroom. All rooms open onto balconies, decking or patios with sea views. The villa is fully airconditioned. We use Egyptian cotton bedding and sets of Christie towels and Polo Ralph Lauren pool towels are provided for our guests.
The villa is set in private gardens well away from the two neighbouring villas and with beautiful views over Tsampika beach and the sea. You will have a genuine feeling of space and seclusion during your stay. The 9m x 5m infinity swimming pool is very large by the standards of private pools. The gardens have now grown up over the four years since the villa has been built, with plenty of care and attention from the owners. We have developed a small orchard that adjoins the villa, with fruit and olive trees, and apart from the main grounds, there is an additional small ‘lower garden’ that enjoys particularly spectacular beach views, and a wooded area.
We have two main outside eating areas to maximise your enjoyment of the gardens each with an elegant large granite table. One of these is beneath an elegant Greek pergola and the other under the decking, which provides necessary shade from the summer sun (although I prefer the shady spot beneath our oldest olive tree). There is a BBQ and we have twelve sunbeds.
